Business & Design: A bridge between Venice and Armenia

On November 4, 17:30, WTC Yerevan hosted a Catalyst talk with Sergio Ferrandi, an architect and designer, member of the Presidium of International Academy of Design - Moscow.

The talk explored the exclusive encounter between refined Venetian aesthetic tradition and contemporary innovation, expressed through the language of luxury architecture and business.

We further focused on how Italian design can converse with various project types—such as hospitality, residential, institutional, fashion and offices, blending precious materials, timeless lines, and an elite entrepreneurial vision.

Through international projects and bespoke details, the talk guided participants on an emotional and economic journey, demonstrating that authentic luxury was not merely aesthetics, but the creation of lasting value and a connection between geographies of excellence. A manifesto of elegance and strategy that redefines the standards of exclusive living spaces.
